Gastronomy and Wines Tour in Lisbon

We recently (Sunday, February 17, 2008) had the pleasure of being escorted on a private tour through Lisbon,Portugal. Our guide, Cristina, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and especially about the Jewish influence in Portugal. We learned many, many things which would not have been made available to us , except through Cristina's presentation. She was caring and attended to our needs throughout the tour. She was very conscientious about us , especially since the weather was so poor. Cristina even gave us extra benefits by taking us through a very exclusive bed and breakfast and informing us about its history. She even recommended additional readings which would enhance our knowledge. If we are ever fortunate to return to Lisbon, we would want Cristina to be our guide. AND if we know of any friends who are travelling to Lisbon, we will be sure to recommend her.
