The duplex was built in 2008 and is on a quiet back with a 24 hour door man for your security. The duplex has hardwood floors whereas the kitchen laundry, and bathrooms have tile. The duplex has double-paned windows to reduce the outside noise of Miraflores. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, rice maker, and coffee maker. The duplex comes with cooking pots, cooking utensils, china, silverware, glassware, linens, and towels to make you feel at home. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer as well as a iron and ironing board. The loft TV room has a 32" LCD flat screen with a DVD/CD/AM/FM player and WiFi internet connection for your laptop computer. The duplex has a safe deposit box to lock up your personal belongings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32" LCD flat screen, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a walk in closet.

The duplex sleeps up to 4 people and has 2.5 full bathrooms with seamless enclosed showers. The duplex had installed 2 water heaters to assure enough hot water for our guests.

The duplex has (2) LCD flat screen TV's, one in the loft area and the second in the master bedroom. The duplex is furniture has been design with a contemporary flare in mind.

Services Offered

For rentals for more than 1 week with get a service cleaning included in their rental fee. Renters who want cleanings on a daily basis will be charge an extra fee. We also refer a car service for an airport pickups and drop offs at Lima's Int'l Airport.
