Surrounding Area

Casa Margarida is in the Algarve - the southern most region of Portugal- which enjoys a beautiful Atlantic coastline, and, despite some areas of extensive tourist development, has numerous relatively unspoiled villages.

Carvoeiro is only 45 minutes from Faro Airport, and retains its distinctly Portuguese character. The surroundings are thankfully devoid of high rise buildings. Numerous safe, sandy beaches with stunning cliffs and crystal clear water give superb swimming and water sports. Nearby are excellent golf courses, along with sports complexes, cycling, fishing and the ever popular Aquatic Flume Parks.

Vacation Rental Property

Traditional in style and furnishings, Casa Margarida features extensive terracing amid mature gardens of cascading Iberian colours. The nearest beach is only 1Km to the south, and northward views are towards the Monchique Mountains.
To the rear of the villa, french doors open out onto a covered balcony, with steps down to a large terrace surrounded by gardens, and equipped with a barbecue area. From here is access to the pool terrace with the beautifully kept, heated private pool.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The villa sleeps 6 - The master double bedroom is en-suite; the second bedroom has twin beds, and a third, smaller room, has bunk beds.

The en-suite room has bath and shower, and there is another toilet and shower room for use by the other bedrooms.

All bedrooms have newly fitted air-conditioning/heating, and the whole villa has juct been newly double-glazed.

There is a maid service, on weekdays, and the local villa manager will be available to give advice and help with any problems

Blissfully free from television - there is far too much else to do!
A radio-cassette is available.
There is a fireplace in the main living room for cooler times of the year.

Directions

About 45 mins due west of Faro Airport on the new motorway, then on the N125.
At Lagoa, turn Left on road to Carvoeiro. After about 2 miles, turn left off main road, follow signs for "Colina Village".
the villa is just past the Colina village development, on the left.
